After upgrading IOS XE from 17.02.01r to 17.3.3, SNMP counters ifHCInOctets/ifHCOutOctets for all interfaces stalls at absolutely abnormal values:
iso.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.10.10 = Counter64: 1441151880758558720
iso.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.10.11 = Counter64: 1441151880758558720
iso.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.10.12 = Counter64: 1441151880758558720
iso.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.10.13 = Counter64: 1441151880758558720
iso.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.10.14 = Counter64: 1441151880758558720
iso.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.10 = Counter64: 9223466335245193133
iso.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.11 = Counter64: 9223466335245193133
iso.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.12 = Counter64: 9223466335245193133
iso.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.13 = Counter64: 9223466335245193133
iso.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.14 = Counter64: 9223466335245193133
and never changes since IOS upgrade.
Nor reboot, nor reset counters changes the above values.
The same values at all ISR 4331 devices running IOS XE 17.3.3
Though, the other IF counters still works okay, the problem only with ifHCInOctets/ifHCOutOctets

Looks for me Bug, report to cisco TAC.

I have this problem only on vlan sub-interfaces. Physical interfaces shows normal trafic.

I have the same issue since I upgraded my 4K ISR: Sub-interfaces return wrong values.
Have you had any feedback from TAC? I haven't found anything else.
