Migrating from 6500 to 9400 IOS 16.09.03

I have 6K switch and I am not able to execute the command on my new CAT 9400 SW.

Some of the QoS Features changed from IOS to IOS XE ( not sure what IOS you running, of MLS, you need to move to MQC
