Yes, scheduled profile management is supported in the api. If you have a 2.3.0 dashboard handy, you can browse to https://<dashboard_address>/api and you will find all the methods associated with scheduled profiles about halfway down in the table of contents on the left. We'll get the documentation on the developer.cisco.com site updated this week as well.
