Cisco Business Dashboard Monitoring Outage Alert Time Threshold

So I'd setup Business Dashboard in my company, a month ago and configured alerting for network outages.

Due to the way our infrastructure is setup, it's only our APs which are currently configured to use CBD but it seems that there's no option to configure alerting time thresholds in monitoring.

For example, when one of our sites recently had a network outage, it took 25 minutes for the AP offline alert to come across via email.

Is there any way to change this threshold, as I haven't been able to find anything in documentation?

There is no way to configure time thresholds for alerts. The device offline alert needs to wait for the expiry of all timers, such as CDP/LLDP/CAM, which can cause a delay.

However, you can monitor the CBD agent disconnected alert if your APs are directly managed, or the device unreachable alert if they are Probe managed. These alerts are typically much quicker than the offline alert.
