Unable to upgrade firmware from version 3.3.0.16 to 3.5.0.24

I am using a CBS350-24P-4G switch, currently running firmware version 3.3.0.16. I downloaded the latest firmware, version 3.5.0.24, and attempted to upgrade it through the web UI. After the spinner appeared briefly, an error occurred with no accompanying message. I then checked the logs to investigate the issue further.

Informational: %COPY-I-FILECPY: Files Copy - source URL HTTP://10.0.0.252/image_cbs_ros_3.5.0.24_release_cisco_signed.bin  destination URL flash://system/images/image_cbs_ros_3.5.0.24_release_cisco_signed.bin
Warning: %COPY-W-TRAP: The copy operation has failed

Has anyone encountered this issue? I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you!

It seems something prevented the copy from your machine to the switch using  HTTP.  You can try different browser just to make sure. Maybe antivirus.

You can also upgrade using CLI

Thank you so much! Turning off the AV worked, and I was able to upgrade successfully. You saved my day!
