Our small team has a Cisco wifi access point and switch which we manage with the Cisco Business app for the phone. Unfortunately, the team member who has created the 'site' and uses the app is leaving. We have tried to download the app on another team member's phone but it is unclear how we gain access to the already created site. The only option when we download the app to the other phone is to create a new site, which we do not want to do because it was already a time consuming process to set up the wifi access point and switch originally. We were prompted to create a username and password when setting up the site originally. Is it possible to use that username and password in the app to transfer the site from the one phone to the other?
