changing cisco cert metric email

hello and good afternoon everyone:

i wish to change my CSCO email account. the existing email binded with my CSCO account, is ju.padilla@alpinepr.net. i.not working for the previous employer anymore. i wish to change it to my personal email. any help you can provide, will be appreciate it. thanks

thanks Shazubai for the quick response. already went inside and created a new ticket for this. other than that, dont know if there is something besides creating a ticket that could help me achive changing my email.

It depends, are you changing your cert email address vs. your Cisco/Cisco community one? This may have what you're looking for, as it has the web link and email address to reach out to for assistance.

@Julio Padilla Cruz It can be changed. You should contact @rupeshah. He is a manager and can resolve your problem.
