Is there a portal where I could enter a part number to return the EOL date?

As far as I know no. You need to read appropriate product page and their's EOL announcement, if published.

But you are asking in wrong forum (see description for details) and I'm not expert on the matter. I will move your's question to the community I wish to fit better this kind of question. Hope someone more skilled will respond you.
