I have actually called the support line at +44 20 3868 5247, and I have been assured that even with the basic explorer package I can move within the stands of the exhibitors. So I have actually already bought the explorer package and the flights and now I am going to book the hotel. It was not my idea to ask for a free pass or any form of help as this is granted to VIPs in CSC, CLN and Devnet for 2018 and I am not eligible for that. I had chances to get free passes when I was VIP but for different reasons I couldn't take advantage of it.
However, thanks for your attention and quick answer. It has been kind of you. I had been in contact with Dan Bruhn when he was the CSC community manager and we had webex to discuss about NDA for the VIP.
