This might be regarded as a troll but as I'm unable to contact Cisco in any other way, here we are.
On https://tools.cisco.com/ServiceRequestTool/create/caseCreateFeedbackAction.do I'm presented with a message that my ID is not setup with a TAC services.
If I click the link Cisco Profile Manager --- I'm lead to a dead end ( a 400 error)
If I click feedback and than on open a service request I'm linked to the same page I started from.
It must have been very carefull programming to keep customers literally in the loop and not to have to give any support.
An E-Mail adress to report these errors would be nice.
