Where do I post technical questions about CCNA related stuff?

I've tried to post in several "Communities" and got a message saying "posting has been disabled".

Actually Cisco Support Forums focuses more on Technical questions e.g., configuration, implementation, design and all that stuff. Of course, Im not saying that we are not here to help.

Unfortunately, even your question has been created in community with no relationship to the topic. You are lucky as other CSC member has answered. Unfortunately, their time will be wasted if future users with same question will not find the answer.
