7-Second Delay in IP Phone Response After Migrating to C9200L Switches

We recently migrated from Cisco C2960 switches to Cisco C9200L switches running IOS XE version 17.12.04. After the migration, we are experiencing a 7-second delay in audio when making calls to phones connected to the C9200L. However, calls to phones connected to the C2960 switches continue to work without any delay.

Has anyone encountered similar issues or can provide guidance on what might be causing this delay? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 Do you have port-fast on the interface? If not, can you test with port-fast enable?
