hello experts,
after i have updated the dna up to version 2.3.2.0 , all the access points appears down in the dna assurance. however the access points are detected normally by the wlc and operating normally , any help ?

Hello@ASUHIT3834770 , haven´t upgrade DNAC to that version yet, but try running the Update Telemetry Settings option in WLC.

Hello @ASUHIT3834770 , sorry for that, here are the steps to do that:
- Go to Provision > Inventory > Filter and select WLC
- Select Actions > Telemetry > Enable Application Telemetry, accept this option
- Actions > Telemetry > Update Application Telemetry, select "Force Configuration Push" option and accept to Run
To view status of this task, go to Activities > Tasks, where you should see if is success. After this wait for some minutes to see if this solves your problem.

Hello @ASUHIT3834770 , sorry for that, here are the steps to do that:
- Go to Provision > Inventory > Filter and select WLC
- Select Actions > Inventory > Edit Device
- Validate credentials (CLI, HTTP(S) and NETCONF), they should pass, remember that NETCONF default port is 830.
If this doesn´t work either, then should be better open a case in Cisco TAC.
