Hey Guys ,
I am trying to evaluate how to setup Catalyst centre to send AP down alerts towards our ITSM - Service now . The integration itself is already setup using webhook and it works as such. But we dont want to send just any down event but if for example only send when AP has been down for x minutes among other requirements in order to maintain ticket sanity . How can i do this , any configurable rules with event settings ?
Also , i looked at documentation (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/cloud-systems-management/network-automation-and-management/catalyst-center-assurance/2-3-7/b_cisco_catalyst_assurance_2_3_7_ug/b_cisco_catalyst_assurance_2_3_6_ug_chapter_01001.html#reference_zbs_bjt_pbb)
and and it has a line :
! We recommend that you subscribe to the AP(s) disconnected from WLC on Switch issue, not the AP disconnected from WLC issue.!
But in my install which is on Version 2.3.7.7-70047 , AP(s) disconnected from WLC on Switch is not even an option anymore , was it removed at some point of time ? see screenshot

Hi all ,
I found a new update regarding AP(s) disconnected from WLC on Switch issue . The category in documenttaion is wrong .
This issue is not under access point section but under Core, Distribution, and Access Issues in catalyst centre as oppsoed to waht documentation says,
Thanks,
Varun

@varunkhanna58026 where you able to find a solution for suppressing a ticket from being created for X minutes after it goes down?
