c9300 smart license transfer other domain issue

Hi,

do you know smart license transfer other domain?

for example

from:

domain: aaa.com

account: aaa

virtual account: aaa 

device: aaa

licenses status: authorized

to:

domain: bbb.com

account: bbb

virtual account: bbb

device: aaa(factory default and register bbb virtual account) 

license status: out of compliance 

device license showed "out of compliance" and smart account licenses showed "Insufficient Licenses"

Hi

You can only transfer licenses within your Smart account between different Virtual Accounts that are part of that Smart Account. In order to transfer licenses between different Smart Accounts you will need to contact Cisco at licensing@cisco.com with serial number and sales order information and they will do the transfer for you.
