Catalyst center automation backup file

Hi Community Members,

I am running Cisco Catalyst center hardware Version 2.3.7.7-70047

Currently the automation backup is working fine and I can see the file size around 3GB in catalyst center.

But at the same time I am unable to find this file on linux VM (red hat). Pls suggest how can I find this backup file so I can access it via winscp.

First, why would you want to access the file via winscp?
Second, the file is going to be located at the directory you specified in the backup settings page.

Its a customer requirement secondly I have tried removing and configuring backup path again but still no sign of automation file on specified path.

Yes, but moving or altering the backup files can corrupt the backup, thus negating the ability to restore.

As for the backup files, they will be in the path set in the backup settings. If Catalyst Center is showing the backups, the files are there. Catalyst Center pulls in the backup information for each backup based on the metadata file in the backup server. If the files aren't there, Catalyst Center will reflect nothing in the GUI. My guess is that you are looking in the wrong spot, or it's a permissions issue.

I double checked everything backup path is ok but very strange that i didn't see the automation backup on the directory. Also permission are all good as well.
