Hi,
After DNAC gets installed, in initial configuration when I enter my Cisco.com CCO ID, it is not getting validated.
It's showing error Login Failed.
Any solution regarding this is appreciated,
Thanks,
Sheriff

For now, just skip it and proceed.
You can later re-enter the details under “System Settings -> settings -> Cisco credentials”
Please re-check your credentials.

Hi Gaur,
Thanks for your quick response.
I have installed Cisco DNA Center on a UCS server,
I'm not using the DNA Appliance.
In this case the Navigation you mentioned is not available.
Is there any other workaround?
Thanks,
Sheriff

Sheriff,
- What version of DNAC are you running?
- Installling DNAC software on a UCS is not supported.
I would advise getting the appropriate licensed Appliance. This has all the correct hardware and resources to support normal DNAC operations.

T.

As Tomas said, DNAC on VM is not supported.
However, regardless of it, once you install DNAC and its up and running, then you just need to follow the same steps. It should allow you to skip and go to main home page of DNAC.

Hi,
So DNAC can't be used without DNAC Physical Licensed Hardware Appliance.
Is there any possibilities in future to deploy DNAC on UCS-C Servers, will it be supported in near future?
Thanks,
Sheriff

Sheriff,
Correct, The DNA Center is an appliance. The "Software" is not available on www.cisco.com. So someone must have given you the Software for some reason.
The DNAC Software should not be installed on a "VM" or a non-supported appliance. There are certain hardware and resource requirements that will create issues and unexpected behavior and operations.
For information on future products or roadmap items, please reach out to your Cisco Account Representative and they can take your questions and get you answers for the Product Management Team.
Regards
T.

Installation as a VM or custom UCS server is not supported.
DNA center is only available on the DN1-HW-APL (DNA Center appliance) by Cisco.
