Hi There,
We are about to deploy Cisco Catalyst 9000 series. We wish to run on the perpetual license only and deactivate the DNA subscription license. In future we plan to activate the DNA subscription license. As I went through the release note can use the below syntax to deactivate the dna license
license right-to-use deactivate addon dna-advantage subscription all
For example if we had subscribed 5 years for DNA license, by using this command can we delay our 5 years subscription starting date?
Do we have a timeline to activate the license again once we deactivate it?
Thanks
Prashanth

Hi Prashanth,
There is no way to suspend the term of a DNA license. When placing the order you have the option of having the term start within 60 days of the order, but once that timer starts the clock starts ticking on the term you’ve purchased regardless of whether or not you actually boot your device or even consume the license.

Ananth
