Cisco 9300L - Console output on boot but no interaction after

SomeoneNew

Level 1

Trying to connect to the console on a brand new 9300 switch. No previous configuration applied. RJ45 & USB ports both scroll bootup messages but refuse to respond after. Tried multiple cables, terminal settings, USB keyboard, laptops but no change. I know there has to be something simple I am missing but have little experience with this equipment. Any help would be appreciated. (crash files are the result of resets) TIA

Console is PuTTY. tried multiple BAUD rates but 9600, 8,1 none, none will at least give me some messaging. Output below...

@SomeoneNew

 If you got all this information it means the console connection is fine. What happened at the end is what I didn´t get it. Did you not get a prompt, it that?

As Leo says it's because it's in Meraki managed mode.  Refer to the last section of
 https://documentation.meraki.com/MS/Deployment_Guides/Getting_started%3A_Cisco_Catalyst_9300_Management_with_Meraki_Dashboard

Migrating to DNA or CLI managed mode

To migrate your Catalyst switch(es) to DNA or CLI mode, please contact Meraki Support. To be migrated, a switch must be online and connected to the Meraki dashboard.

Thank you all for the responses. I will follow up with Cisco and mark as solved once I get it online.
