Cisco DNA Center PNP with Day 0 template

I am trying to deploy Catalyst 9500 switch with Day 0 template. I can see the device from Plug and Play menu. While claming the device I am getting following error:

"SNMP Credentials from Network Settings should not be empty for the selected site."

I put SNMP RO, RW community string and SNMP v3 user details under the network settings>device credentials.

What might be the issue?

Hi, 

Can you confirm that you have SNMP credentials selected (via radio button next to SNMP RO & RW names; after selecting you need to click save)? It would be great if you could share the screenshots for further reference.
