Problem solved !

Often, this issue is caused by invalid DNAC certificate on the network device. You can remove and re-add the DNAC certificate onto the network device. Once this is completed, you can confirm the configuration and certificate is correct by executing the following command successfully from the network device:
-- copy https://<dnac-ip>/core/img/cisco-bridge.png flash:

I am having the same issue.  We changed the IP on a smaller DNA appliance and moved it to a DEV subnet for our testing lab.  I replaced the cert but still have issues with the File Transfer Check trying to use the old IP address.

I changed out the cert on the appliance and removed the DNAC certs the router we are testing with and still receive the error of the wrong IP.

Any suggestions.
