Cisco SW9300 failing very often

Hi,

I have noticed that one of my Cisco 9300 SW did not respond and there was only an amber light at the letter S.

This is what I can see ion the log. A restart fix it for couple of days and then it goes in the amber light again.

Can someone please suggest a fix.
