I'm purchased Cisco switche C9300-24-E i can activate the DNA network Advantage licenses on it ?

  Either Adcanced or Essental DNA license must be activated.

Do you mean i can enable network advantage licenses on E- Switch ??

no, I mentioned DNA advantage in my previous post, not Network advantage

but YES:
a -E switch has a packaged/built-in  network Essentials license
but you can buy and activate an add-on network Advantage license on a switch initially bought as -E switch
NB! network Advantage add-on is only sold in combination with DNA advantage license even if you do not use DNA.

If i have DNA essentials licenses i can to convert it to advantage licenses ? or convert it to network advantage licenses ?

it is not a conversion! you need to buy an DNA advantage license 
if your order was for a switch with DNA essentials license, you need to contact your vendor/Cisco partner
he can investigate the possibility to exchange the DNA essentials license for a DNA advantage license
if not possible then you need to buy a DNA advantage license (and have a DNA essentials license unused)
