I’m encountering an issue with DNA Catalyst where I’m receiving a compliance error even though the version displayed in the Golden Image matches the running version.
Details:
- Golden Image Version: 17.12.04
- SMU Version: 17.12.04
- Running Version: 17.12.04
- Compliance Status: Non-Compliant since January 14, 2025
- Last Compliance Check: February 6, 2025
The system indicates that everything is up-to-date, yet I’m still getting a compliance error message.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any insights into what might be causing this? Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be appreciated!
