DAI enabled on all VLANS

I was tasked with configuring Dynamic Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) Inspection (DAI) for user VLANS.  As I was adding the VLANs and enabling DAI my switch suddenly reboot.  I was able to recover so I thought it must have been a fluke- so I tried again and same thing happen again.  Is there a reason this might have happened?

then check CPU it can CPU is already High and when you add DAI it make SW reboot
