DHCP relay on WAP571

We have a Win2013 DHCP server, and the WAP571 connected to an unmanaged switch on a flat network (no vlan).

Using the wizard on the WAP571, there is now 2x SSIDs setup. However, there is no option to allow the AP the DHCP relay. Cell phone and laptop can see these 2 SSIDs, entered the password but failed to obtain an IP. 

Does anyone know if this WAP support DHCP relay?
