DNA-C Catalog server error

Hi everyone,
I have problem with Cisco DNA-Center
I'm runnig DANC version Version 2.3.3.5 , I need to update my DNA center so I have internet working but when I go to software update section I see error "Unable to get updates. Check cloud connectivity"
can you help me fix this issue
