Hi,

I have recently installed the cisco DNAC in VM. after one-day installation has been done but 7i am trying to access the GUI it is not accessible. also, I tried to telnet 443 port it's showing connection refused. I am able to use the CLI but when I run the maglev package status it's showing error ERROR: Connection details are not configured. Run 'maglev login' first. Screenshot 2023-03-10 124113.png

A couple of points.

1. The credential you need to use with the "maglev login" command is "admin" by default.

2. Cisco DNA Center Virtual Appliance is not released yet. Therefore, any VM installation using the current ISO image is not recommended and not supported.

Until the Cisco DNA Center Virtual Appliance is released by Cisco, a VM installation is currently not a TAC-supported deployment model.

can you share with me you how did u fix this ?

Khalid, the post above is from someone that was running the Catalyst Center ISO on a VM, which is not supported. We have a OVA that was created explicitly for VM deployment.

What issues are you having?

HI maflesch thank you for replaying
i have a catalyst center OVE v2.3.7.7 uploaded to ESXi
every time i try to login to the GUI it direct me back to the login page

I would suggest opening a TAC case so that we can investigate the logs to see what is happening.
