DNA center 1.3.3.9 - DWG floor plans are not loaded correctly

Hi,

I have an issue when trying to import dwg floor plans in DNA center GUI.

DNA center displays a blank image when loading the file, even though other tools (such as Visio) can open the file correctly. See attached screenshot.

This is happening on DNA center version 1.3.3.9 with all applications up to date.

I can't find a bug for this specific behavior but there are other bugs related to dwg, such as https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvu13015/?rfs=iqvred.

Has anyone managed to get successful workarounds from TAC for this type of dwg import issues ?

Not sure this can help you, DNAC 2.2.X  has much improved in terms of features, only suggestion may be TAC also suggest same i guess

to uplift from 1.3 to 2.2 when you get chance.

or still can raise TAC case,
