DNA Center 10GB SFP not working

Hello,

We have a 2nd generation DNA center appliance DN2-HW-APL-L which was connected with a 1GB SFP on the enterprise and cluster ports. We replaced the SFPs for a SFP-10G-SR-S and now such SFPs are not even showing lights on the LEDs, they have completely turned off.

Is there a way if the SFPs were detected correctly via the CIMC KVM console?

Is there a need to force the speed to 10Gb before deploying the new SFPs?

Any other suggestions are welcome!

As far as we know, everything is set to auto, but it´s not clear to us how we can force the enterprise ports to 10GB. Any clue on the procedure?

  - The DNAC appliance is in essence an UCS server ; you should try to find out how to set fixed speed to 10G for connected SFP ,
