Dna Center Availability report

Hey guys, I have been facing something about the report on DNAC,

I'm currently running DNAC Version 2.3.5.3-70194

When I get a report from devices availability on DNAC, I get some devices with 95% of availability and when I go to device 360 I don't see any time it was down, so I want to know, is there anything to define what is availability for DNAC?

Also, when I create a tag to separate some sites, does these tags only work for template? Can't I use tags to separate and gather availability reports?

I have same issue. Percentage report on DNAC seems inaccurate. I already open case for this. Hope got answer from Cisco TAC.

Btw, I'm using release Version 2.3.5.6-70143.
