When we first started using PnP to push configs the whole process was less than 5 minutes. Now provisioning a single switch is taking about 30 minutes. I have checked the metrics of the controller-server appstack ndp and the memory usage is at 98%.
Is the high memory usage causing the provisioning process to slow down?
Is there any documentation on how to manage memory usage and best practices?
Thanks!

When provisioning how big are your templates?
Do you have this command applied on your switch “aaa authorization config-commands” ?

The templates are around 500 lines and yes they include "aaa authorization config-commands"
I will try removing this command and see if there is any improvement
