I have a question about How we integrate all Cisco routers ISR4000 series and Cisco Firepower on the DNA center,

i know that all cisco's 9000 series have a DNA Subscription, but routers and firewall don't have it

  You can integrate using the Discovery feature where you can add credentials and ip address to discovey.

Don't let any questions about licensing prohibit you from adding devices to your Cisco DNA inventory.  You will be allowed to do that regardless.  Then, the License Manager feature within Cisco DNA can help manage your licenses for you.

According to this, there is a SKU for ISR4k DNA license: L-LIC-DNA-ADD

I'm not familiar with the Firepower licenses.
