Great question @pieterh, I believe (and did a quick googling to verify) that snmp passwords can only authenticate locally. I think some authorization can be done via radius though.

@victor.mansson How many WLCs are managing? There is a new feature in 2.3.7.9 called Per-device configuration that shoudl let you tweak the wlan profiles from Cat Center, but you lose the ability to easily automate configs across lots of controllers...
