DNA fail NETCONF - ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset

Hi,

Is there someone who had this issue before.

ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer

I can access the WLC via SSH port 22, but not via NETCONF port 830

I already validate:
WLC has Netconf enabled
Has default AAA configurations
Firewalls ports are opened

Note: I can access the WLC from my VM via NETCONF port 830. so I believe probably the issue is not in the WLC.

I did a tcpdump capture in DNA and I noticed that the Switch is always sending a "Reset" to the connection.

I would appreciate a lot if someone can support on this. I have been trying to find a solution for so long time without success
