DNA licences transfer from non used switches to a new ones

We have bought 9500 and 9200 switches with their respective DNA, unfortunatly the switches were burned in our warehouse by a fire before we use them. We plan to order other switches for replacement, my question is: is it possible to transfer the DNA licences from the non used sxwitches to the new ones that we will aquire ?

Hi Okbus,

You will need to speak to your Cisco Account Manager.

As I understand it, you have to place an order for the new hardware. During the ordering process the Customer Services team can then remove the DNA subscription from the order. You either won't be charged for the DNA sub, or you'd be charged and then receive a credit back.

Best to speak to your Account Manager to hash out the process.
