Is pnp startup-vlan command without risk on a production network

Hello all,

Before to add the command : pnp startup-vlan 660 on my upstream switch, I want to be sure it is without risk.

This command is only use by the PNP & DNAC solution ? I ask it because unfortunaly, the VLAN 1 is use on our network. ( I know, it is not good )  and I wan t to be sure it is without impacte on others services about VLAN1.

Thanks.

Pascal.

Hi Pascal,

No, it won't impact production network AFAIK.

Here's a blog from Adam where he discusses the pnp startup-vlan.

Regards.
