Hi Guys

Pls find attachment

Installation and Deployment  completed successfully for DNAC 2.1 , but not able to access GUI  getting no route , no api ,even though i can  ping the appliance

strange it hangs at 90% for long time before gave installation failed

I catch the issue , this is due to resources issues

now i have 25 services down , before it was 75

results , the VM needs time to be fully function , pls follow this thread

2.2 is far more stable on ESXi  avoid 2.1 .

all application  installed and updates done. 

no services are down after reducing resource requirement

well have successfully installed 1.3 and updated to

1.3.3.9 also all application with no service down

tried 2.1 updated to 2.2 via updates and later updated all apps , reached to stage with zero service down .

 had reached to a stage where updates failed . had to redeploy a few packages as per the sequence once resource limitation was sorted .

esxi 7 on  2695v2 x 2   /256gb / 2tb ssd

now need to arrange cisco 3650 /9300 else it will be pointless

update :-  2.2 is stable on esxi even after all apps/updates loaded . instead of 9300 gonna use  3850 ...

i would suggest to open thread with more information what DNAC version, how is your environment, DNAC appliance or VM ?

i has the same issue, installing on 40vCPU/254RAM/1TB SSD

After several tests I was able to solve this error (now I have a different one).

1)You must have 2 network interfaces in the VM. 
2) you need the dnac to have internet at the time of installation. One of the 2 vnic is the one that must have internet connection with its GW.
3) in my case because of the slow internet my installation took about 24 hours.
4) after rebooting to finish running some scripts (which took several hours) it told me that the installation ended with errors.
5) I go to the web address, now showed me the GUI without problems (i dont saw the "message":"no route and no API found with those values"), when I log in it takes me to dashboar but tells me that the services did not start well and are ALL DOWN.
6) This installation I did with 40vCPU and 256RAM. turn it off and I put 62vCPU, power on and got the same services DOWN, I put 66vCPU and the same DOWN services.

My next step is try to do the installation from scratch with the 62 or 66 vCPU.

I saw in the CG that some DNAC appliances has 44CPU, i dont think that i get all the services DOWN for missing only 4vCPU.

I hope my tests will help you to rule out errors and configurations.
