DNAC and MS Teams

We're new to the DNAC, just upgraded to 2.3.5.4.

We've got the majority our our estate on and now want to add MS Teams.

This is done using the DNA Cloud, is there a subscitptin for this?

What data is pulled from MS Teams?

Does it contain conversations, or is it jsut metrics about the calls?

Cheers in advance

There's no special license or subscription to do this, beyond DNA Advantage.  You can probably expect to approve a User Agreement though to acknowledge that anonymized data could be sent to Cisco.  The feature itself is covered under DNA advantage licensing since it integrates into the Client 360 views.  It only reports on call metrics, as hinted at in the config guide, "Once activated, Cisco DNA Center provides call quality metrics information for Application 360 and Client 360 dashboards."

Cheers for that, just another quick one, for teams we use 2fa, how will DNAC cope with that, is it once connected, we no need to use that account, or do we need to keep having to go through 2fa every 14 days?

Cheers
