DNAC Back Up issue

Hi, I have installed DNAC center virtual appliance in our environment. While adding NFSv4 backup and restore configuration, it showing as unhealthy, I have attached error. What could be the resolution of issue. I don't want to go through the pain of setting up DNAC again from scratch since as I read though couple of DNAC documents with having mentioned we cannot change cluster IP. But I fail to understand why we need cluster IP configuration at first place when virtual node set up does not support cluster environment itself. Please suggest some way we can resolve back up issue without reconfiguring anything from beginning.

What i have observed when i configuring the backup, it used node IP address  - So make sure you have enough permission for the all the IP address in the cluster including Virtual IP where initiating the backup, make sure you required ports open if this is passing via any firewall to reach NFS storage.

what is this IP configured on 169.254.x.x  that is APIPA address space may be not reachable to external world in the routing table.

is this NFS mount point local or remote cloud ?

i follow below document it works as expected - check the requirement.
