I am trying to find any explanation on the DNA center device interface status refresh mechanism.
Customer complained, that in Provision > Inventory > particular switch > interfaces > Ethernet ports view, the dispayed port status does not match to the real port status.
SNMP and syslog correctly configured on the device, the LINK-UPDOWN, LINEPROTO-UPDOWN events get to the DNAc: under the Device360 view > Event Viewer, the appropriate logs appear after few seconds, however, the port status remains unchanged.
(No SDA, no controllability ATM)
The port status remains for hours, after its' change.
I can refresh the port view by manually trigger "resync device" but I assume this is not the proper way to display the actual status of the switch interfaces.
Of course, in my lab, the port status gets updated in 1 minute. (same DNAc version, same switch model/config)
(DNAc: 2.3.3.7; Switch: c9300-48, 17.9.4)
Any thoughts, ideas on this?
(I haven't found proper bug on this)
