DNAC Event Notifications - Email - Alert on open issues

Hi

We've got a deployment running version 2.3.3.7 on a single node, I recently enabled event notifications for a variety of things, AP disconnections, OSPF flaps etc.

However I only seem to receive these alerts when the issue is marked as resolved, rather than when the issue is open, which defeats the point.

I can't seem to find any way in the event notifications tab to modify the alerting so that it emails out as soon as the issue is observed by DNAC rather than when it is resolved.

Anyone got any ideas? Example alert below
