DNAC IP pool association Issue

I'm attempting to associate IP pool to Quarantine_VN however I'm getting the following error.

We are running DNAC version 2.3.3.7 and IOS version is 17.6.5. Has anyone come across this error?

I have not, 
but what is your question ? you claim to run version 17.6 !
the error message clearly states for a specific node
     "intra subnet routing is supported from version 17.7"

-> unless you get the same error after upgrading, you are in a bad position!
