DNAC showing internal error for WLC-9800 under inventory management.

Reason and Suggested Actions

Internal Error : NCIM12024: All information from the device could not be collected successfully or the inventory collection for this device has not yet started. It may be a temporary problem that will resolve automatically. Resync the device, if that does not resolve the problem, please contact Cisco TAC.

DNAC and WLC has reachability ? is this worked before and not working now ?

Try resync and check ?

Yes it has reachability. This issue started after we upgraded dnac

yes i have noticed myself after DNAC Upgrades many things breaks not majorly documented correctly - personal view every DNAC Upgrade is not smooth as expected - need to do lot of work.

Personally i will raise a TAC case and ask their advise, (i have removed and added and re-synched works for me when i had this issue - this is not a general practice.)

but this what it is.
