Error access interfaces in 2960-x switch

Hy All

I have Cisco Catalist 2960-x-TS-L switch.
He upgraded to the latest IOS (15.2-7E11)
But when I try to configure anyone of the Gigabit port I'm getting an syntax error:
int GigabitEthernet 1/0/1
      ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

Any advises?

After erase thru the rmon issue solved
