Failed to install DNA SPACES (Cisco SPACES)

Hello Experts,

After installing OVA file of Cisco SPACES on VM, We are not able to login to SPACES cli via VM itself.

Is there any known issue related to Cisco SPACES?

I came across bug CSCvx02620 but no concrete solution so far.

Kindly help to resolve same.

You've not even mentioned what version you tried to install?

1. Make sure it's the latest 3.0: https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286323456/type/286322783/release/3.0

2. Spaces have teams helping customers on-board the product - sign up at https://spaces.cisco.com/setupguide/ or https://spaces.cisco.com/experience-spaces/ or https://spaces.cisco.com/start-for-free/ and then you can them email them as per https://spaces.cisco.com/support/ but make sure you've been through the guides carefully first and using latest version.
