Hi,
We have 2 Claim certificates for Network Advantage and DNA Advantage.
Both certificates have the Order number, Line number and Ship number.
It seems that joining them together constitute the PAK number.
On the License Registration Portal, when we enter the PAK number, we are asked to enter a PIN Code.
There is no PIN Code on any of our Claim certificates.
So we can't go further and use our licenses.
The Cisco Support is very poor and took many days in sending us a generic response :
Log into the Licensing Registration Portal
Go to "PAKs or Tokens" and then click "Add New PAKs/Tokens"
Select the Smart Account and Virtual Account
Select "Enter PAK.." or "Look Up PAK using Order Number"
BRAVO !!! We pay a lot of money for not being able to use our licenses.
A not happy customer,
Alireza

I'm on this community because I couldn’t have any response from them.
As I said in my message, their response is generic.
Without understanding that the Claim certificates they gave us doesn’t have any PIN Code !!!

I agree with everything VinodGupta6201 said. You may also want to contact the vendor who sold you the licenses if TAC is unable to assist without the PIN.
