ISE 3.1 cannot UI web browser

Dear Community,

We have issue with ISE 3.1 P6 cannnot UI via web browser.

WE can CLI acess as normal.

Kindly advise or commend how to fix access on UI?

Hello @marce1000 ,

This site can't be reached.

Try with below point already but no luck.

1. Reload node

2. application stop /start ise

3. application start ise safe

4. application reset-config ise

But CLI able access.

  - Verify the (current) status of the ISE services  with :
                       # show application status ise

Look at all the services are running , is this single node or distributed deployment ?

have you tried different browsers ?

try from your PC telnet x.x.x.x 443 see is that open ?

show  ports | in 443
