ITSM integration with & without DNA App

Hi All,

I am doing some reading into ITSM integration with DNA Center and can see it can be done with and without the DNA Center App. I would like to know if there are any major differences when using the App, so i can understand if we need it in our environment. Please could I get some advice on what the Advantages & Disadvantages are of using the App vs not using the App ?

Both achive the same outcome, some system allow to install  DNAC app, some ITSM dont have ability, so that tilme the use case help with or without APP
