Deployment:
1) multi-DNAC (Author+3xReaders) deployment SW 2.3.5.5. each is 3-node cluster.
2) integration with ISE in ERS & pxGrid topics
3) ISE - large distributed cube in 4 globe regions (nam , lam , emea , apac). Ise nodes FQDN reflects that difference (isepan1.emea.company.com , isepan2.lam.company.com & so on)
4) integration with SNow via DNAC-app
show begins when sPAN gets promoted primary role. Symptoms:
1) ERS integration fails on all DNAC-clusters until sPAN gets promoted primary role (but it's expected).
2) after reverting DNACs send false positive alerts about connectivity to pPAN succeeded until Cisco BU arrives to case to health DB. during investigation it's noticed that DNACs claim using ISE never existed pPAN FQDN (like isepan1.lam.company.com)
does anyone's deployment match it?
